Developed together with ‘Homing Homes', the Origami Series are our first prototypes of “Enhanced Environmental Profile Buildings”© for Grupo Casais.

The system is conceived for maximum sustainability, minimizing environmental impact and optimizing the use of locally available resources.

It promotes ecological awareness as a fundamental architectural principle.

Origami is a modular, pre‑fabricated housing system capable of adapting to diverse inhabitants, climates, and territorial contexts. Its plug‑in configuration allows modules to be combined, expanded, or reconfigured with ease. This flexibility enables unique architectural expressions to emerge from a universal structural base. The system supports photovoltaic integration, rainwater collection, and filtration technologies. These features allow the modules to operate fully off‑grid when required.

Origami embraces lightweight construction and low‑impact foundations to reduce environmental disturbance.
